Every new member of our security team is selected based on experience, dedication, professionalism, and aptitude for the specific assignment they are being considered for. If chosen to join us, he or she is diligently background checked, finger printed, and drug tested. After hire, we have a zero tolerance for drug or alcohol abuse and continue to monitor our officers regularly.

The Whittguard Security training program is comprehensive and a continuous on-going program. We require top-level performance from every guard and provide substantial training to enable them to accomplish that. Once our security guards receive their initial orientation and classroom instruction, they continue their education in the field. Instruction during that time covers everything from Report Writing to Observational Techniques and First Aid. Every guard learns to utilize state-of-the-art technology programs, enabling the officer to be as proficient as possible.
